It is acceptable to hand draw the map, use a software package, or create
an ASCII map per the example, so long as it includes justification for
most of the IPs you are asking for. For example, If you request a /27 (a
block of 30 usable IP addresses), your map and list MUST have the majority
of them accounted for or it will be rejected.  Acceptable electronic forms
of submission are GIF, JPG, and TXT file.
